Everything you need to know about enrollment

We want the process to be clear, simple, and stress-free. Here is everything families need to know before enrolling your child at Believers Youth Discipleship Academy.

Who can participate

Our programs are open to youth between the ages of 10 and 14, in grades 5 through 8.
We welcome families from all backgrounds. You do not need to be a member of a particular church to participate.

Parents and guardians are an essential part of our community. Our programs work best when families are engaged and supportive at home.

How to enroll

Information families
may need to provide

When you enroll your child, we will ask for some basic information to make sure we can serve your family well. This may include:

  • Parent or guardian contact information

  • Emergency contacts

  • Medical conditions and allergies

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Authorized pickup contacts

  • Media permission

  • Any accommodation needs

We collect this information securely and use it only to support your child's safety and participation. We do not share your family's information with outside parties.

Sensitive information will be collected through a secure form, not through the general website contact form

What we expect
from families

We ask every family to commit to the following so our programs can run smoothly and safely for all participants:

  • Regular and consistent attendance

  • Respectful participation from youth and family members

  • Open and timely communication with the Academy

  • Following arrival and pickup procedures

  • Keeping emergency contact information accurate and up to date

  • Supporting your child in meeting program expectations

We understand that life happens. If something comes up, we just ask that you communicate with us as early as possible. We are here to work with you, not against you.

Your child's safety
is our priority

We take the safety of every participant seriously. Our staff and volunteers follow clear supervision and conduct requirements at all times.

  • All volunteers complete a background screening before working with youth

  • Staff and volunteers receive orientation and training

  • Any concern or incident is reported immediately to designated leadership

  • Children are released only to authorized individuals

  • We maintain a safe, structured, and respectful environment at all times

If you ever have a concern about your child's safety or wellbeing in our program, please contact us immediately.
We take every concern seriously.
